The old konpira oshibai opera theatre is located in Kotohira temple Monzen-Machi of Nakatado-gun Kagawa.
Now it is the oldest shibai opera theatre of Japan , another name is called kanamaruza. it is a great heritage of Japan.
　
Every year in spring, the Shikoku Konpira Kabuki Oshibai opera will be performed termly.
During the performance,the stage ,stage properties'movement are all manually moved by manpower.
　
6 days later, the 32nd Shikoku Konpira Kabuki Oshibai opera is going to be held .
Period: April.9.2016-April.24.2016
　
As the leader of this performance TOJURO SAKATA and many famous Kabuki performers like CHUSHA ICHIKAWA ,AINOSUKE KATAOKA are coming to Kotohira for this big event.
　
Our hotel is selling the Konpira Kabuki tickets , please contact us if you need , and please let us know when do you want to watch the show .
Due to the large quantity of customers, the tickets may be sold out on the day you want to watch,please understand.
And you can also visit the theatre when the performance is not performed.
